From brief to shipment
Your Custom Order in 6 Clear Steps
Whether you personalize an existing mascot or create a new one, your order follows the same clear journey.
Choose Your Starting Point
Select a mascot style from our catalog or decide to create a completely new character. If you choose an existing product, save its name or page link for your request.
Submit Your Changes or New Design Brief
Open the custom requirements page . For an existing style, include the product name or link and list the colors, logo, lettering, size, and details you want changed. For a new product, upload your artwork, sketch, logo, photo, or concept and describe the character you want.
Place Your Custom Order
Select any optional accessories you need, choose the quantity, and add the custom mascot to your cart. If you have a question before ordering, contact us first.
We Review and Confirm the Details
Our team reviews the reference style or new design files, sizing, colors, logo, lettering, accessories, and deadline. If anything needs clarification, we will contact you. Production begins after the details are confirmed.
Your Mascot Is Made and Reviewed
Your costume is created according to the confirmed order details. We can provide photos of the finished mascot before shipment.
Packed and Prepared for Shipment
After the final review, your mascot costume is packed and prepared for delivery to its destination. Production time and shipping time are counted separately.

Custom Order Questions
Can I customize a mascot already on your website?
Yes. Choose the style you like, then include its product name or page link in your request and tell us what colors, logo, lettering, size, clothing, or other details you want changed.
Do I need finished artwork for a new mascot?
No. You can send finished character artwork, a logo, a photo, a rough sketch, or a written design idea.
What is normally included?
A complete mascot costume normally includes the mascot head, body or clothing, gloves or hand covers, and shoe covers. Exact components vary by design.
Can I add my logo, lettering, and brand colors?
Yes. We can change colors and add logos or lettering to suitable areas such as the chest, back, hat, or sleeves, depending on the design.
Can I see the mascot before shipment?
We can provide photos of the finished mascot before it is shipped.
What if I have a fixed event date?
Add the needed-by date to your requirements and contact us before ordering if the timing is especially important.
