Choose the option that works for you
Accepted Payment Methods
MascotStreet currently uses PayPal for online payments and for payment links or invoices sent for custom orders. The payment method shown at checkout or stated in your quotation or invoice is the method available for that order.
PayPal Account
Log in to PayPal, review the amount and merchant details, choose an eligible PayPal funding source, and approve the payment.
Credit Card
Where PayPal guest checkout is available, eligible major international credit cards may be used without opening a PayPal account.
Debit Card
Eligible debit cards may also be accepted through PayPal guest checkout. PayPal and your card issuer determine availability and authorization.
Please note: Guest card checkout is controlled by PayPal and may not appear for every customer or transaction. If it is unavailable, use a PayPal account or contact us before placing the order.

How Online Payment Works
Review the complete order total before you approve the transaction. Do not close or refresh the payment page while PayPal is processing your payment.

Confirm the products, customization details, delivery address, currency, shipping charge, and total.
Open PayPal
Continue to PayPal’s secure payment page from checkout, your payment link, or your invoice.
Choose How to Pay
Use your PayPal account or an eligible card option displayed by PayPal, then approve the payment.
Receive Confirmation
PayPal and MascotStreet will confirm the transaction. Keep the receipt and your order or invoice number.
We confirm the design, specifications, quantity, delivery details, price, and payment schedule before sending the PayPal invoice or secure payment link.
Payment by invoice or link
Paying for a Custom Order
- Agree the order details Confirm the design, measurements, specifications, quantity, delivery information, total price, and currency.
- Receive the payment request We send a PayPal invoice or payment link to the email address used for your quotation or order.
- Check before paying Verify the amount, currency, description, and merchant details shown on the PayPal page.
- Payment is confirmed Production begins after the required payment clears and all required order details and approvals are complete.
Deposits for large or custom orders: Full payment is normally required before production. If MascotStreet offers a deposit arrangement in writing, the schedule in your quotation or invoice applies. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, any remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
Your information stays protected
Payment Security
MascotStreet does not receive or store your full credit-card or debit-card number or card security code. PayPal processes payment credentials under its own security and privacy practices.
- Pay only through the checkout, invoice, or payment link associated with your MascotStreet order.
- Confirm the amount, currency, merchant, and order description before approving payment.
- Keep your PayPal receipt and MascotStreet order or invoice number.
- Contact us if a payment request looks unexpected or does not match your order.

Currencies, Fees & Refunds
Pay the Displayed Amount
Your payment currency and total are shown at checkout or stated in your quotation or invoice. Review them carefully before authorizing payment.
Check Conversion Costs
Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may apply currency-conversion, cross-border, or other fees. These third-party charges are not controlled by MascotStreet.
Return to the Original Method
Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. Posting time depends on PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer. See our Returns & Refunds Policy .
Payment failed or still pending? Do not submit the payment repeatedly. Check your PayPal activity and email first, then contact us with your order or invoice number and the transaction status. Never include full card details, passwords, or verification codes.
